Mon parcours professionnel :

My professional career : 

J’ai consacré 20 ans de ma carrière professionnelle au monde de l’hôtellerie et de la restauration, salariée pendant 5 ans, de grands groupes et de grandes maisons, sur terre comme sur mer, puis chef d’entreprises pendant 15 ans.

I have dedicated 20 years of my professional career to the hospitality industry, employee, during 5 years, of well-known hotel  groups, and cruise ship companies, in land and at sea, and business manager for 15 years.

Ces différents parcours, et choix de vie, m’ont permis d’acquérir une fine expertise des dérèglements de l’être humain, liés à la communication, tant au niveau personnel que professionnel.

These differences paths and life choices have allowed me to acquire a fine expertise in the deregulations of the human being, linked to communication, both on a personal and professional level.

 

 

Passionnée par l’art thérapeutique, je me suis formée, à diverses thérapies brèves comme la PNL, l’hypnose Ericksonienne, l’hypnose spirituelle, la thérapie de couple, le coaching, l’Ennéagramme et le Reiki.

Passionate about art therapy, I trained in various brief therapies such as NLP, Ericksonnian Hypnosis,Spiritual Hypnosis, Couple Therapy, Enneagram and REIKI.

Ouvrant ainsi une nouvelle page du livre de ma vie, je m’y consacre pleinement, depuis ces dernières années, en l’exerçant au quotidien au sein de mon cabinet.

Opening a new page in the book of my life, I have devoted myself fully to it for the past few years, exercising it daily in my office.
